Rolando Damian Rodriguez
Rolando has a distinguished record of creating profitable revenue programs for hospitals and healthcare organizations. He pioneered the International Health Program for Jackson Health Systems - one of America’s largest public hospital system - including establishing successful divisions for international sales and marketing, private concierge/hospitality services, and international case management and admissions. Rolando created marketing and branding strategies to brand Jackson and its Ryder Trauma Center as the “911 of the Caribbean and Latin America” and grew gross revenue to $100 million a year.
Rolando has also created innovative fundraising programs for hospitals and has raised millions of dollars through unique international fundraising programs. Among his philanthropic accomplishments is the creation of the International Kids Fund, saving the lives of hundreds of critically-ill children from all over the world.
Comfortable and experienced with board development and training, Rolando is also an accomplished leader in strategic planning, public relations, and marketing. He is a skilled writer and speaker.

Abbe Bendell
Abbe Bendell has over 37 years experience in healthcare. She is a nurse with a graduate degree in Business Administration with experience stretching from hospital based operations, managed care operations, case management, disease management, utilization management, quality and patient safety. She has implemented, managed, and evaluated both payor and provider healthcare programs and models.
Abbe also extensive experience in the international marketplace serving as a consultant to programs in different countries and is experienced in setting up provider based programs to specialize in the care of the international patient. Notable achievements include:
• Conducting multiple operations assessment to determine the internal capabilities of healthcare systems to enter the inbound international patient market
• Designing, implementing, and managing the operations of a new international program in a large academic medical center in South Florida - leading the program to annual double digit growth to gross revenue of almost $100 million in four years
• Managing international marketing for a large international program in an Academic Medical Center
• Serving as the external consultant for case management for the national healthcare group of Singapore for six years
• Developing and managing a self insurance plan for house staff at a large academic medical center
• Setting up systems and processes for intake, case management, business operations, admitting/patient finance, contracting, and collections
